Self-Laminating Lockout Tags Write your information and insert a photo (where applicable) then laminate your own lockout tag. This seals the lockout tag and protects your information from moisture, chemicals, and dirt to keep it readable- and prevents tampering of the information. Self- Laminating Lockout Tags have dual self-laminating polyester flaps pre-attached at the top to cover the tag on both sides. To use, simply lift the protective flap, write, sign, date, peel off the liner and press to adhere flag to the lockout tag.
