Solar Barricade Warning Lights activate nightly for years from a few hours of indirect sunlight - even on a cloudy day - to restore the rechargable batteries. This dependable light eliminates the maintenance and disposal costs in replacing batteries and bulbs in standard barricade warning lights. The solar photovoltaic cells are on top of the 7" diameter x 3 3/4" dp high-impact polycarbonate lens. The durable polypropylene case has universal mount bracket and 360° swivel. The on/off and steady-on/flash switches are secured inside small holes. The high-intensity light - emitting-diodes (LED)has brightness of 2000 mcd for steady-on and 4000 mcs with flash rate of 60 times per minute. The rechargeable batteries can operate up to 3 nights on a single charge, and photocell activiates the light when ambient light falls below 215 lux. Lightweight at 2 pounds.
